Educate. Empower. Act. The mission of Project WET is to reach children, parents, educators and communities of the world with water education. We invite you to join us in educating children about the most precious resource on the planet — water.
Since our inception in 1984, Project WET has published more than 300 hands-on, interactive, science-based, fun activities (also referred to as lesson plans or curriculum) on a multitude of water-related topics. These activities appear in more than 50 publications and are used globally to teach the world about water. These materials are distributed through workshops conducted by the Project WET delivery network, which is present in all 50 states, Washington D.C. and 41 countries around the world, as well as through our website. Visit our Interactive World Map to learn about Project WET in a specific locale and to find information about Project WET workshops in your area.
In addition, Project WET has published more than 30 Kids In Discovery series activity booklets, available in multiple languages, that are popular with students around the world ages eight to 12.
