Video of the Day: Tennessee 4th Graders Monitor Stream Quality

The central Tennessee town of Smyrna has showcased the relationship of its Stormwater Department with a local elementary school and the Discovery Center in Murfreesboro in a newly released video. The video describes how fourth graders from Cedar Grove Elementary have conducted water quality monitoring in Smyrna's streams using Project WET curriculum. At three minutes long, the video is a great introduction to the educational, interactive fun that water monitoring can offer to students and teachers:
